OK SoI talked to Jeff about having a trip this next week too, and he agreed that we should just reset our 90 days to Sept. 1st. He's lost motivation too, and getting up early without a partner to workout is pretty dang hard to do with little motivation. I wouldn't say that I've lost motivation. Alexis is attending school to become an esthetician. I have no idea how Jessica brought up the subject.but she did.that she wanted to wax my arm hair! Yesterday a great day, just hanging out with some friends, being lazy, talking and playing games with my son. Until around 6pm. Jessica brought up the subject.again! They were opened, till 9pm!

And I didn't really do every exercise to the 'X' level, but I didn't do that bad either. ARX was right after, and I did better then normal. My abs must be getting stronger. Thursday, December 27, 2007. I need Cesar Milan at my house ASAP. I immediately jumped up and kept on running while wincing the whole way home. So as I write this , I have a little scrape on my hand, my knee is totally scraped up and my hip (the same one that had the bruise from when I fell trying to do the Smooth Criminal lean) is also scraped up and bruised. I really need some help training my dogs so that they listen to what I say instead of doing as they please. Apparently I am not the pack leader.
