This was such a fun trip! It is the perfect place to go for a ton of activities. It reminds me of Park City but with beaches like Hawaii. They have a fancy rec center where we went swimming, played tennis, and played on the playground; a lake where we played on the beaches and caught crawdads; a resort where we went roller skating, and had chair lifts and. I could not sleep the night before I went into the hospital! Having an actual date was a double-edged sword. I loved that I was able to get everything checked off my list, but it also gave me anxiety and made me so nervous! I called at 8 and they told me to call back again at 9. Wow What an amazing quote! Some years ago a wonderful young man named Curtis was called to serve a mission. He was the kind of missionary every mission president prays for. He was focused and worked hard. At one point he was assigned a missionary companion who was immature, socially awkward, and not particularly enthusiastic about getting the work done. How many times have we done this in our lives? Put ourselves above another because we think we are not suffering from that same 'illness'?
