Crockpot Beef and Broccoli. Crockpot recipe #25 is beef and broccoli. I served this over rice and with a side of fruit. Crockpot Beef and Broccoli. 1 pound boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into strips (this is the hardest part! 1 c beef consumme. 1/2 c soy sauce. 1/3 c brown sugar. 1 Tbsp. sesame oil. 1 Tbsp. garlic powder or 3 garlic cloves, minced. 2 Tbsp. cornstarch. Broccoli florets or broccoli cuts (fresh or frozen). Place sliced beef in crockpot. Pour this over the beef. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs.
