Mr Basset was adopted from a local rescue group in 2008 at an estimated age of about one year old. He was found thru PetFinder.com. After specifically searching for a crossbreed of Beagle and Basset Hound in the Houston, Texas area. On the way home, his attempt to eat a cheeseburger from the hand of his new caretaker was a clear demonstration of his unruly nature.
