Just working for better tomorrow :). Adakah makanan sehari-hari yang tidak mengandung gula? Kalau kita hitung mungkin jumlahnya sangat kecil dibanding yang mengandung (diberi) gula. Rasa manis ternyata tidak mudah dipisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia, kecuali kalau kita puasa mutih. Manis alami dari tumbuh-tumbuhan biasa disimpan dalam bentuk gula. Paling populer adalah gula tebu (gula pasir), sedangkan pemanis buatan saat ini tidak populer karena tidak mendukung kesehatan. Ada komunitas yang concern.
