Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). On Sunday, July 13, 2008, Twinsburg, Ohio police officer Joshua T. Miktarian was gunned down during a traffic stop by a crazed murderer. This case was interesting because of several factors. One was the defense's motive: self defense! Two was that this did not need to happen. The killer was stopped for playing loud music.
