I found this recipe though and let me just tell you it it beyond easy and its delicious! 3 ingredients.thats all! 1 box yellow (or spice or even chocolate? 1-15 oz can pumpkin puree. 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Mix, fill muffin pan, bake at 350* for 20-25 min. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger.
