Volcanoes of the Caribbean. We flew from Cayenne, French Guiana to Guadeloupe, part of the Lesser Antillies in the Caribbean. Like French Guiana, Guadeloupe is a department of France so technically we had not left the European Union. We flew into the city of Pointe-à-Pitre. Our Hiking Route Shown in Yellow.

Sunday, August 09, 2015. From Stewart, British Columbia we rejoined the Cassier Highway on July 23 and continued our journey to the southeast. Route Map from Stewart, BC to Calgary, AB. One of our last stops on the Cassier was Gitanyow, home to some of the oldest known and largest collection of totem poles in British Columbia.
