This Webquest will help students journal the life of a salmon as he travels from his birthwater out to sea and back. Each of their diary entries will describe and analyze the stops on his journey. You are all aware that salmon spawn up the Umatilla River each year and some of you have even gone fishing for salmon. There is so much that a salmon sees in its lifetime that we do not know yet. Some things to consider are: Where does the salmon go? Who are preditors or prey for a salmon? Create a free website.
