DIY #2: Kitchen Chalkboard. January 27, 2011. Do you have a random wall in your kitchen? Do you have absolutely NO clue what to do with that identified wall? If so, you sound like me. A bare wall in your kitchen has the potential to be utilized as message center! That was my goal with DIY project #2! For this project, I noticed Mr. B had a gold frame with an old print sitting in the garage. So I scooped up that frame, ditched the print, and I was off and running! Need a basic supply list? Quick note: if ...

Penne with Shrimp and Herbed Cream Sauce. February 2, 2011. Okay, I have a confession. I hated seafood growing up and all the way until I was about 26ish. What changed? I stopped being a baby. I met Mr. B and moved 1500 miles away to Louisiana, the home of AMAZING food. Mr. B started slowly with me. I first started eating crawfish each spring…and it was so spicy and good! I craved it. Next up…fried shrimp. Yum! I also now eat salmon and crab. Delish! Stopped setting things on fire. 1/4 cup olive oil.
