Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome is basically when a girl is born without a uterus (or womb) and possibly without a vagina or vagina of normal length. Women with MRKH are unable to carry a pregnancy, however they usually have functioning ovaries which leaves the possibility for biological children through surrogacy.
