Purpose in Every Step. Running straight to my goals with purpose in every step. Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Workout: 3 x 1k. 1) 86 mph on treadmill. 3) 84 mph on treadmill. 4) 85 mph on treadmill. My second lk was cut short since my ankle decided to bite. I don't know if it was wise to do those last two 1ks after that happened since I want to make it to the starting line on Saturday, but I did it anyway. I am glad I persevered; I just hope it wasn't at the cost of a sprained ankle. Labels: clean and jerk.
