Keep the noise down! Wednesday, 4 November 2009. So I have returned from Rome feeling a little more cultured and a lot more sick. I some how caught a chest infection on the flight over there (which was delayed for 3hours btw) and I just can't shift it. I also feel a lot more melancholy. Not being in England made me forget how crap everything is over here right now and coming back was a cruel reminder- but ho hum. Halloween however did cheer me up. :). THINGS IN MY LIFE. British to save e-mail records. It appears that the USA isn't the only country to think about spying on their populace. The British government has put in place rules that would require ISPs to keep records of every e-mail sent or received. The rules, which come into effect by March 15, implement a 2006 European Union directive. Service providers will not store the content of e-mails, and the government says there is no threat to individual privacy.". Can it be kept safe? On to the story.

THINGS IN MY LIFE. I had to bury one of my ferrets Thursday. Smokey hadn't been doing well for some time. She'd eat but not much. (She wasn't a big eater as it was.) This is my own recipe for a cinnamon latte that my wife likes me to make for her whenever possible. 1 tbs – white sugar. 1 tbs – cold water. 1 tsp – vanilla flavoring. 5 oz – espresso. 1/4 cup – frothed steamed milk (low fat can be used). Add the steamed milk while retaining the froth. Stir the vanilla syrup and milk to combine them. Now pour in the espresso. Top with the retained froth, and garnish with sprinkled cinnamon.
