Nathan, Julz, Lexie and Mitchell. Wednesday, October 30, 2013. The time had come for the paving to be done around our house.finally. And no better time then when Ma Ma and Pa come to visit! Thank you so much though to them for loving us so much and helping out with not only the hard physical work but the much needed "Hedgehog" and "Jelly slice" cravings we were having! It has come up so much better then we thought! All very happy here. So here is what we did in the school holidays. As time goes by.

After a pretty bad and hard going week leading up to Christmas we were all packed, ready and excited to head up to Gunnedah for Smith Christmas! It was a lovely few days away at Lake Keepit Rec Park. Weather was perfect to match. Kids enjoyed catching up, swimming and never leaving Pop and Nans sight often. Adults enjoyed not doing much at all and having the change of scenery. After a 5am start we had made it to Gunnadeh. Time to JUST DANCE!

Nathan, Julz, Lexie and Mitchell. Friday, December 5, 2014. This year hasn't seen the school holidays work out as planned but nothing was going to stop us come September. Up north we went to Moree and Toowoomba. But to try something different, Lets go the outback way! Poor "Fal".packed to the brim. It wouldn't be right if there were no rivers/weirs to go see. Murrumbidgee was the first. First sleep over- Cobar. Was really spectacular to go to a lookout and view one of the mines in action and the vast land.

We had always said we would go back to the Whitsundays for our 10yr anniversary as we did not get to visit the Great Barrier Reef on our honeymoon. So we accomplished that and a whole lot more. Nathan, Julz, Lexie and Mitchell. Friday, October 31, 2014. Well after some "blogger" issues we are back. Here's abit of a recap,starting with some special events that have been on in the last few months. I was very blessed and spoilt to be thrown a party for my birthday this year. I missed out on a 30th so this was perfect. Nathan and the kidlets took complete control (taste testing included) and did a fantastic job. Nathan cooked the yummiest gluten-dairy free brownies plus three different roasts.

We all took a day trip to Mount Buller on Saturday and we were pleasantly surprised when we got up there that is was a bright sunshine day!
