The home is located in Fort Worth, Texas, in the Fairmount Southside Historical District. It sits on the southeast corner of Washington Avenue and West Jefferson Avenue. In 1924, West Jefferson Avenue was named Cactus Street [1, 2, 3]. Baking was done in the home, then in a small shed that previously served as servant's quarters for the house [4, 5].

According to the Sanborn Fire Maps, in Fort Worth, Texas, Cochran was renamed to West Tucker. I researched this because the publication The Mrs. Baird's Story. Says, on page 3 of the publication.
