Mrs Barnette's Third Grade Class. Third grade is the year of multiplication and learning the meaning of multiplication! We will be mastering all facts and your child will need to practice at home as well as school. While multiplication is a vital component to Math in third grade there are many other topics we will be mastering. We will begin the school year with review of adding and subtracting. Rounding and place value will also be covered before we begin our journey into multiplication.
