Borax solution (4 grams of borax to 100 ml of water for the perfect solution! Glue Solution (1 part ELMER’s glue to 1 part water). To make the perfect silly putty, combine 1 part of each of the above-mentioned solutions (half a dixie cup of each) and 1 drop of food coloring to add some style!
