The Burman Brag: December 2015
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2015_12_01_archive.html
December 31, 2015. Christmas Season and Sickness Season. I love Christmas, and I love it with kids! Amelia is at the perfect age! Opening gifts is so much fun for her, we let her open ours she liked it so much! It was hard at times explaining she had opened all hers, but it was even harder explaining where our 'Elf on the Shelf' went. She named him Al and love him! She woke up every morning looking for him. It was equally fun for us since we took turns hiding him. I love that new tradition. He has an app...
The Burman Brag: September 2016
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2016_09_01_archive.html
September 13, 2016. We are here. The point in life where I can finally start taking Amelia to dance class. I am so excited and to see that she loved it has made my heart so full of joy and pride. I spent time teaching at Brandy's Studio of Dance. And I even had both of Amelia's teachers as dancers myself. I just love this full circle feeling. Harrison : 11.5 months. Dropped the ball on this one. Harrison is closer to 1 year than 11 months. BUT this is life now. Getting pictures of him was super hard, he ...
The Burman Brag: New Job Chaos and Family Pictures
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2017/01/new-job-chaos-and-family-pictures.html
January 1, 2017. New Job Chaos and Family Pictures. I am not going to lie, blogging might have become a chore for me. I just didn't have time for it and it felt like a weight on my shoulders. I realized as I planned cleaning lists, grocery lists, played with the kids and lived life, it was all going so fast. This blog has been therapeutic and more than that, it has been a way to slow time down and remember the things so easily forgot. The kids are doing great with Shelly. I am in the process of enrol...
The Burman Brag: Harrison - 13 Months
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2016/10/harrison-13-months.html
October 24, 2016. Harrison - 13 Months. Well, month 12 was a blur, so let us focus on month 13! Harrison is 13 months. He is so active and starting to show more emotions. He finally cut two teeth, in one night. It was a long night for us both. His love for all things "ball" and eating just continues to grow. We took a family trip to Indianapolis Children's Museum and it was so much fun! Harrison is the sweetest baby, and if he is fed and has a clean diaper, he is content. Harrison at 13 months:.
The Burman Brag: May 2016
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2016_05_01_archive.html
May 27, 2016. It was a few weeks in the making, but we finally welcomed home our newest baby, Jake. Jake is now 9 weeks old, he was the runt so he is small, and he is a chocolate lab. We adore him (not his messes). Amelia loves him even more. He enthusiasm to walk him, cuddle him, play with him and chase him makes me heart skip a beat. He rode in her lap the ENTIRE way home from Indianapolis. she sang to him, if he made noise she would hold his head and say "its ok! May 16, 2016. I love this life. I love...
The Burman Brag: November 2015
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2015_11_01_archive.html
November 27, 2015. Harrison : 2 months. Time flies when you have a baby. I have really enjoyed the time home the last two months. I can't believe I go back to the classroom on Monday! Harrison has really turned a corner in the baby world. He sleeps well at night, I get 5-6 hour stretches (sometimes longer! And he is starting to smile and coo. He still loves being held and his mommy, but the stretches of crying are shorter. We ventured to the first home game, I have some many people there who are willing ...
The Burman Brag: January 2016
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2016_01_01_archive.html
January 30, 2016. Today was a big day for Amelia, she had an developmental assessment done this morning and her first hair cut. This afternoon she played hard and helped daddy get the car ready to sell. We had a great time. IT was also good to see Elizabeth in her new element as a nurse. First hair cut, woof. I teared up but it was time! Her hair has been getting harder and harder to maintain. So I made an appointment with the AWESOME Carrie at Achieva Salon. (Everyone should go to her! January 24, 2016.
The Burman Brag: June 2016
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2016_06_01_archive.html
June 29, 2016. Harrison : 9 Months. Well here we are, 9 months out. I can't believe it has been so long. I have really started connecting with my little man. His kisses and happy demeanor have often made him my favorite child at bedtime [not really. but really]. I also snapped a few of the whole clan. They are hilarious. So many personalities in one image. The other pictures are of Harrison at the lake, he is so happy. Harrison at 9 months. He loves to eat. He will eat 2,000 peas if I let him. Amelia is ...
The Burman Brag: October 2015
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2015_10_01_archive.html
October 27, 2015. Harrison : 1 Month. If you all remember, each month up until Amelia was one year I did a little photo session and update. I would like to repeat this for Harrison. I am doing my best to make sue he doesn't get the 2nd kid syndrome. The good news is, with a nice camera I find myself practice new techniques on him since he can't run away (like Amelia does now.). Harrison at 1 month:. He is holding his head up, mostly while pitching a fit, but it still building muscle. October 24, 2015.
The Burman Brag: April 2016
http://theburmanbrag.blogspot.com/2016_04_01_archive.html
April 29, 2016. Harrison : 7 Months. I can't believe he is already 7 months. It really has flown, I am sure our busy winter schedules have made time go faster. This summer is going to be full of milestones and slow mornings with this little man, AND. I. CAN'T. WAIT. We are now eating baby food, bibs, fingers, mommy's hair, Amelia's toys, and anything that gets near his mouth. He reminds me of those dolls that used to eat fake food. until they were recalled and taken off the shelves. Harrison at 7 months:.

Somewhere in Between
Monday, March 31, 2014. Let's go back to December. And Graham could tell you every character in the nativity scene. So so precious. Graham picked out Snickerdoodle cookies for Santa and apples for the reindeer. He loved his gifts, but he seemed very concerned about where Cheese the Elf ran off to! Sweet boy. Santa didn't go overboard on him-but did bring him a big Mater Truck! Don't worry though-he was quite spoiled by the grandparents.and other members of our church! Thursday, November 21, 2013. Ugh I'v...
