Peanut Butter Cups (small ones). Take 2 Double Stuffed Oreos. Using the icing as glue, add some to the bottom of a Peanut Butter Cup as pictured. Glue" the Peanut Butter Cup on to 1 of the Oreos. Saturday, December 4, 2010. Eggs in a Hole for Breakfast. What could be better then playing with your food? Here is a FUN idea you can do witht he whole family.we call it. EGGS in a HOLE. Items you will need- Griddle heated to 350. Here in the picture you can see I buttered the bread (on both sides). Using any shape cookie cutter, cut the shape into the sliced bread. Here is what they look like all finished. In a bowl, break 1 egg and whisk with a fork. Melt Butter on the hot griddle. Ta-Da, super easy!

Friday, December 3, 2010. Made some Fudge this evening. This eveing I went shopping with my boys and we stumbled across the neatest thing. It comes with EVERYTHING you need to make fudge (except for 2 tablespoons of Butter). It was SO simple to make. Add in the Condensed Milk, Sugar Mix and Butter. Bring it to a boil on Med/High and let boil for 4 minutes. After 4 mintues remove from the heat and add in the marshmallows and chocolate. Stir in until everything is melted and smooth. Ta-Da, super easy!

The students learned this week to calculate simple interest, as well as use the Amortization Calculation Formula to calculate accrued interest on loans. We regularly refer to personal monthly budgets and how borrowing money then needing to pay it back affects this number.
