The day started early today getting up at 3:30AM to feed the dogs and get ready to take our trip to Montreal for my husbands interview with the US Consulate there for his immigrate Visa to the USA. I first tried this pie at a cute little place in Chester, Vermont called Raspberry and Thyme. Sweet and nutty adding a bit of extra omp pa pa myself.:). Two different versions of the recipe below! For the over 21 crowd! 1 stick of butter ( melted) add to a good sized mixing bowl and blend in. 1/4 cup of white sugar. 3/4 cup of packed light brown sugar. 3/4 cup of maple sugar. Very tasty both ways!
