Wednesday, December 21, 2011. Whew, semester is over. the last day was a doozy! We planned a field trip to Kaleidoscope and a winter party all in the same day! For those of you not lucky enough to have a Kaleidoscope near you, it is basically a large room that has arts, crafts, and discovery for kids. It's very neat. Here is a picture. And that is just one part of one room! I had six parents there to help. The room was insane. We tried to make the hand print ornaments. Was that the end of the chaos?

Wednesday, March 28, 2012. AARRR and Other stuff. Both of my projects were funded through Donor's Choose. I received my Ipods today. I had to do report cards, so I couldn't set up the Ipods, but I can't wait to get them into the kids hands. So much can be done with them. The shipment of picture books (my other funded grant) won't be here until Friday or next week. So excited to get those too. No pictures - I wasn't there! I, of course, stole a great idea from the internet! You are missing the pictures?

English became my second language, and I studied Spanish in high school and college. I went to Baylor University for two years, but graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. HOOK 'EM HORNS!
