I cook in bulk and make 5 of these at a time. 1 Cooked chicken breast (or 3/4 cup of chicken) with Southwestern Seasoning. 1/2 cup of cooked and cooled brown rice. 1 cup of chopped romaine. 2 tbsp of Chipotle Vinaigrette. March 18, 2015. 1 red and orange bell pepper, chopped. 1 onion, chopped. 1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey. 1/4 cup Southwest Seasoning. 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (or 6 blue containers). 1 cup of fat free refried beans (or 2 red containers). 2 tsp olive oil. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and add peppers and onions and cook until tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top. March 17, 2015. These have been adapted from the 21 Day Fix Extreme booklet. 125 lbs of 99% fat free ground turkey. 3/4 cup quick cooking oats (or gluten free oats). 1 tsp sea salt. 1 tsp dry mustard. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped. 12 fresh parsley sprigs, finely chopped. 2 tbsp tomato sauce (no sugar added). Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat large baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well by hand. 5 meatballs = 1 red and 1/2 yellow. Labels: 21 day fix.

February 10, 2015. This is one of my favorite seasonings! I got the idea from the Insanity Max: 30 meal plan and tweaked it a little bit! I love using this on my chicken and putting it over a salad with my Chipotle Vinaigrette. Or over a bed of brown rice with my pico de gallo. 1 Tbsp. chili powder. 1 tsp chipotle chili powder. 2 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp. onion powder. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. 1 tsp sea salt.
