Se parten las papas en cuartos y se ponen a hervir junto con sal y, una hoja de pimienta, hasta que al pincharlas con un tenedor, estén suaves.

Miércoles, 31 de agosto de 2011. MILANESA DE CERDO RELLENA EN SALSA DE BARBACOA. 4 milanesas de cerdo. 4 tajadas de jamón. 4 tajadas de queso manchego. Se le pone a cada milanesa de cerdo queso y jamón y se enrollan, luego se pasan por el huevo batido al que se le agregó sal y pimienta y la mejorana, se pasan por la maicena, otra vez por huevo batido y otra vez por maicena, se frien en aceite caliente a dorar, se baja el fuego y se tapan para que se cueza bien la carne por dentro. 1 cubito sabor barbacoa.

POLLO CON CURRY Y MANGO. 3 pechugas de pollo (pueden usarse muslos también). 3 Mangos cortados en cubitos. 1 Cucharada de Vinagre blanco. 1 y 1/2 tazas de Agua. 250 cc de crema de leche (puede ser reemplazado por leche de coco). 2 cucharadas de Curry. 1/2 cucharadas de Comino. 2 cucharadas de Jengibre fresco picado. 2 dientes de ajo picados. 1 cucharadita de canela. 1 cucharadita de cúrcuma. 1 cucharadita de azúcar. 7 Servir con arroz blanco.
