Ended up having leftover lamb chili for breakfast, leftover salmon taco filling in a corn tortilla with canned jalapenos for lunch, and homemade tortilla crisps with cinnamon, sugar, and honey for dinner. :). The good news is that after a short rest, I was able to walk a little over 2 miles while I was in town today! So what if it took me 50 minutes? I DID it. I've also started the process of applying to be a substitute teacher again. Which, in this county, requires fingerprinting, a full background check, a physical, and a TB test. Tags: couch to 5k.

Day Two - mrsgene hunt. 06 July 2011 @ 02:03 pm. Day two of the free from meal plan. Breakfast was leftover lamb and leftover rice/quinoa bake. Lunch was more refried beans and lettuce. Dinner will be my take on shepherds pie. One thing I've already noticed, I'm not nearly as hungry as I once was at meal times and I do not feel the urge to snack.
