Monday, August 31, 2015. Someone Comes To Visit. This past weekend my youngest brother came out to visit us. I love having people come visit and was super excited for him to get here. He's leaving on a mission in September so this was one of my last chances to see him before he goes (and Husband and Baby Girl's as well). Thanks for hanging with us this weekend! Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Little Bitty Pretty One. After 9 months of waiting she's finally arrived! On the way we timed my contractions, which to be honest were not too noticeable. They came in at 3 minutes apart, which made me feel like the queen of labor since I wasn't even in pain. Which were still going, by the way, and continued at that pace for the entire rest of the time). The epidural itself was lovely, the insertion. yeah, I still hate needles. Welcome to the world Baby Girl! Your Mommy and Daddy...

Sunday, July 6, 2014. The Rockets Red Glare. My family is big sports fans. My parents have season tickets to the local soccer team, we used to go to basketball games all the time, and without fail there's usually always some game on TV when my dad (or brothers) is in charge of the remote. So when the World Cup rolled around I was obviously very invested. Hey, it's just the way I was raised. Monday, June 16, 2014. Saguaro, That's Fun To Say. Husband and I recently went to Arizona for a business trip. We actually spent very little time together (yay 12 hour work days), but I love getting to be with him for at least a few hours at a time rather than not at all. While Husband worked away in crazy temperatures, I spent most of my time exploring and sitting by the pool working on my tan. Unfortunately I don't tan, I simply freckle, but I will say that I think I look a little. With A Cherry On Top.

When I was little my biggest wish was to get some white, tassled cowgirl boots (well, that and a puppy, but still) Unfortunately my mother, who I assumed must have been the meanest woman in the world because of this, refused to buy me some boots.
