It is Memorial Day today! We had an early start this morning for a tour of the United States Capitol. We were required to get rid of all our drinks including water and food prior to entry to the building. We got in early so we decided to explore the Exhibition Hall before the guided tour. Warm and sunny, in the high twenties (degrees Celsius) but cool when near waterfalls, during walks when sheltered by trees and at night.
