Let's start at the very beginning: a very good place to start. Please skim the 10 rules at this site. So that you have an understanding of Network Etiquette- or netiquette- so that you know what is expected of your participation in our class blog. (Keep these rules in mind for future online classes and jobs, too.). 7 is a bit too lenient for a professional setting. Flaming is not welcome in our online discussions. Be polite. Though #5 says it's ok, don't swear on this blog even if you use a euphemism.

Perfect Punctuation. Fabulous Phrases. Fluff-free. Following the fluffy example essay. S format from class ("Why Should Be "), write ONE body paragraph from your imaginary essay. Have a clear topic sentence (that connects to your imaginary thesis statement and gives a preview of the support to be provided in the paragraph). Provide plenty of support, sans fluff, and any necessary transition words to connect ideas. You can think of. Names, so if you're using your full name, you ARE findable on the Internet.
