Mrs. Kraft's Blog

Saturday, July 31, 2010. Sunday, July 4, 2010. What do I expect to be the primary benefits to my peers, my students, my colleagues, my friends, and myself? Has the project in any way changed my approach to teaching or learning? In retrospect, I know I need to stress the vocabulary of scientific terms more than I have in the past. My challenge will be to keep my students interested in science at the same time. Related articles by Zemanta. For Global Warming, Tundra Fires' Effects May Be Skin Deep. Teacher...

Mrs. Kraft's Blog: June 2010

http://mrskrafts.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html

Tuesday, June 29, 2010. This is what our work area looked like on our first day in the field. It sure was easy to locate the seedlings when we know they were in a straight line spaced about 1 meter apart. As the expedition progressed the sites to sample seedlings became increasingly more difficult. What our work area looks like. Monday, June 28, 2010. Did I see any interesting plants or animals? What am I most excited to share with others when I return home? What am I still wondering about? 3 the size an...

http://mrskrafts.blogspot.com/2010/07/what-were-challenges.html

I never ventured outside without it. I took it off maybe once on a windy day while out in the field otherwise it was attached to me. As you can see in the picture all of us conquered the bug dilemma! Times, They Are A'Changin'

Times, They Are A'Changin'. Saturday, December 11, 2010. Christmas in NY and a nasty dog. Links to this post. Thursday, July 29, 2010. I wish this were not my arch nemesis. There is no logic behind my fear. I can't tell you how many times I've been advised that my NASCAR-like driving skills will make my trip to heaven a million times faster than US Air. I understand that each slight bump that is less than the dip in my driveway will not plunge me to a hurtling death from 35,000 feet. Links to this post.
