Wednesday was a lovely dinner hosted by Dave and Marsha at the country club. It was a fun meet and greet between family and friends. The view was gorgeous and the food was incredible. It was Marsha's birthday and Dave suprized her with a to die for diamond ring Marsha had been dreaming of. Well, most women got that memo) last night of freedom.

I tried this recipe the other day, made a few adjustments and it was excellent so I wanted to pass it along! 1/3 cup sweet orange marmalade. 1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original BQ sauce. 2 TB soy sauce. 1 TB fresh grated ginger.
