Love Life . Family. I am a 20 something year old, living in beautiful White Rock, British Columbia with my loving husband and our cat-daughter Miata. I have been a Type 1.5 Diabetic since December 2012, when I was hospitalized for a week with severe Ketoacidosis. I was in the hospital when I met the most wonderful Diabetes Educator, Paula. Working with her has been a blessing, and I only wish there were more educators out there like her. I love traveling and exploring our beautiful seaside community too!

Love Life . Family. Low Glycemic Impact Recipe:Balsamic Chicken. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasthalves. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Ground black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 (145 ounce) can diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 1 teaspoon dried basil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 Season both sides of chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.
