Where did my holiday go? 4 weeks and 1 day til I move back to sunny Preston. I got a confirmation of my place on the textiles course this year (yay! Better get saving, since it's £600! Monday, 31 August 2009. From this (rather dreary) town for a little bit should be nice - going to stay with my Nanna in Staffordshire tomorrow for 3 days. I had to wing this recipe since I couldn't find my Gramma Mere's recipe, my mom couldn't find her copy and Gramma herself couldn't find hers. So I did it from memory and in my opinion it came out perfect! And it's so easy! 2) 12 oz bags fresh cranberries - rinsed. They look like cranberries in the snow! They're starting to pop! That's where all the nutrition is!

Saturday, November 28, 2009. Did anyone brave the crowds yesterday for Black Friday? Hubby and I did a little bit but not much. It's hard to get him to shop any day of the year let alone Black Friday! We did however make it to Target and a couple of other stores close by. It wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be .then again we went at a normal hour and not at 4:00am like so many of you brave people do! Tacky cupcake decorations in apothecary jars.
