Sunday, November 27, 2016. I hope you enjoyed the "thankful trees" that came home with the students before Thanksgiving break. The students and I have been so busy at school these past few weeks. Let me try to catch you up:. We loved our unit of study on Following Characters into Meaning. We read Because of Winn Dixie. Multiplication continues to be a major focus in unit 3. The students have been hard at work developing fact fluency! Any help with this at home is greatly appreciated. Student Use Only Page.

These are the expectations I have for the students when they are in our classroom environment. We follow them so we can learn in a safe and respectful community. Hang up coat and bag on a hook. Place chair with your desk. Prepare: Sharpen pencils, switch books, etc. Do morning activity (varies). Sit on rug quietly in a circle. Sit in a circle with your legs crossed. Keep eyes on the speaker. Be respectful with our bodies and our hands. Lining Up and Walking in the Hall:. Hands by our sides.
