A Trip to the Ellis Bird Farm →. Haiku is a form of traditional Japanese poetry. Haiku are simple, three line poems that are usually about nature. They always follows a 5-7-5 syllable pattern. Is a pattern that gets greater each time. For example, the pattern 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 is an increasing pattern. It starts at 10 and increases by 5 each time. Is a pattern that gets less each time. For example, the pattern 18, 16, 14, 12, 10… is a decreasing pattern. It starts at 18 and decreases by 2 each time. We can skip count.

Students were in small groups, rolled, and taped newspapers to make cylindrical pillars. Then they took 10-11 pillars and taped them together. Finally, they wrapped their stools with newspaper. Saturday, July 5, 2008. Pewaukee Independence Day Parade. I was lucky enough to be asked to attend my hometown 4 th. Of July parade. It was exciting to view the parade from the "other side.". It just so happens that they placed me in front of the Pewaukee. High School Cheerleaders, which my daughter, Jade, happened to be participating with. People could hear us coming from a block away!
