I had the light about a meter away from her, and a little behind (not much tho) and the reflector in front a little, replecting the light up. I used the protocols as usual. In this photo i have used my protocals and adjusted everything, this is a studio shot, with high contrast due to lighting. Depth of field portrait. In this photo i have done the protocals, where i adjusted levels and used the spot healing tool, this photo is my depth of field photo. because it is focused on my subject Rachel and the background is blurry. The I sharpend it. I changed the exposure a lot. I used the curves tool a little bit too. I also used the shadow/highlight tool. First what I did in this imaage is change the levels in this photo, then I made it duotone, after that I did a quick mask and selected the background. I then made the background blurred so your main focus is on the subject. September 23, 2010 at 3:09 PM. You completed your assignment good job its a nice picture you did a good job of using the quick mask tool, changed the picture to greyscale and duotone, and use the protocals.
