Ms. Cordes's Sixth Grade Class: SRS "Clicker" Reflection
http://misscordessixthgrade.blogspot.com/2009/04/srs-clicker-reflection.html
Ms Cordes's Sixth Grade Class. Sunday, April 26, 2009. The Student Response System, or "clickers" as we refer to them, is an excellent way to quickly check for understanding (among ALL of the students! And also do so in a confidential manner. While I would like to use the clickers more next year, this year we have used them occasionally for Spiral Math and science reviews. And, as many of my coworkers know, I am all about being "green". and it is a great way to, once again, save paper!

Ms. Cordes's Sixth Grade Class: November 2008
http://misscordessixthgrade.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Ms Cordes's Sixth Grade Class. Saturday, November 22, 2008. I thought it would be helpful to share some goals - both long and short-term - that I would like us all to continue working towards in our class and school. This will help give everyone an idea of what we are working towards, and also see some tangible ways we can work to achieve this. Reading is the cornerstone of a student's academic progress, and it is simply an essential skill for a successful future. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mr Van Hoose...

Ms. Cordes's Sixth Grade Class: Document Camera Reflection
http://misscordessixthgrade.blogspot.com/2009/04/document-camera-reflection.html
Ms Cordes's Sixth Grade Class. Sunday, April 26, 2009. The document camera has proven to be invaluable in the classroom. At times, it has been "on the fritz", so to speak, and both my students and myself noticed its absence immensely! The vast majority of the document camera's use has been directed towards the modeling phase of many lessons. I have also used it to spontaneo...
