Reliable Cambridge builder: cantabrigiensis
http://cantabrigiensis.livejournal.com/211028.html
If this isn't allowed, please delete this. However,I've noticed that people post asking for reliable local builders and so on. Roger and I are quite keen to have some plumber recommendations and it would be good if people could comment if they have a reliable plumber. He also, without being asked, did several little mending jobs round the house including re-hanging our wonky door and fitting a brand new cat flap. John has also done work for. And can be reached on :. Post a new comment. Post a new comment.

Opticians: cantabrigiensis
http://cantabrigiensis.livejournal.com/211282.html
Gerald the cuddly duck (. Gerald the cuddly duck. Looks like the most recent posting about opticians in Cambridge. Has anything changed? I specifically want a good optometrist at a sensible price for a routine check-up. I don't care about how good they are at glasses. (I don't wear glasses and don't think I need to, but have realised it's now over seven years since I last had my eyes checked. Whoops.). Hmm I did wonder why only my friends were commenting. I'm an idiot.). Post a new comment.

Gerald the cuddly duck (. Gerald the cuddly duck. Does anyone happen to know of somewhere in Cambridge I can obtain a ring binder that holds paper punched with three holes in the North-American spacing? Post a new comment. All Over The Map. Online life for authors. The good, the bad and the ugly. Jul 15th, 2015 at 8:20 AM. Originally published at Juliet E. McKenna. You can comment here or there. Three unrelated things last week have prompted a series of related thoughts on aspects of life online, particularly for authors. Because while the good is self-evident, in terms of interaction with readers and other writers that’s never been possibly before, it’s by no means an unmixed blessing. And there’s always the implication, ...

Whistles from a Small Planetoid. Entries by tag: photography. More Cosford Airshow pictures - planes on the ground. July 7th, 19:47. I've already posted my Red Arrows pics from the Cosford Airshow, but I took a lot more than just that. As well as the flying display, there was a lot to see on the ground too. This is the Avro 707C. If it looks like a miniature Vulcan, that's because it was developed to test the flight characteristics of the Vulcan's delta wing. Cosford Air Show - the Red Arrows. This entry...

Then again, I have a pretty nasty imagination. Also the anaesthetic has yet to wear off. 10th-Dec-2014 01:55 pm (UTC). I recommend clove oil and arnica globuli, for the aftermath. Whistles from a Small Planetoid
http://major-clanger.livejournal.com/tag/cats
Whistles from a Small Planetoid. Entries by tag: cats. August 21st, 13:20. Remember that rather spaced-out picture of Nelson I posted yesterday? Over on Facebook my friend Ewan (WINOLJ) ran it through Prisma. A new app that sends a picture up to a server where it's apparently run through some neural-net software trained to try to emulate various art styles. The results were quite impressive so I downloaded it onto the iPad and had a go myself. Twelve variations on spaced-out Nelson. August 20th, 19:55.
