Hundreds if not thousands of MSer's and thier supporters gathered around the globe to bring attention to CCSVI, testing and treatment, I was one of them. Several major cities in Canada including Ottawa, Toronto, Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver and Saskatchewan (sorry if I missed any) held rallies, no of which I could attend, so I went local. Firstly, I wanted to know how old he was and how long he had been diagnosed with MS? Much to my shock, he was only 29 and had been diagnosed 2 years earlier (so much for my having a few years before I got "like that".). I decided to take matters into my own hands by emailing requests to Canadian/Provincial Government officials last week to see what the heck is going on with CCSVI research/treatment. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Still fighting. tooth and nail for my right (all MSer's) right to be Liberated. It's been an awesome week on the war front. That afternoon, I recieved a call from a Doctor in Albany, NY who is performing the "Liberation Procedure." I was thrilled to actually talk to a doctor about CCSVI and for once not hear the word "No". Hopefully but then the Canadian Government powers that be will come to their senses and allow the suffering by Canadian's with MS to come to an end.
