The Call To Arms. March 7th, 2013. Exciting news on the workout front. I was talking to my trainer, Cassandra, last night and she said that if I'm willing to hold on 6 more weeks, that she'll come to the gym with me and train me once a week for free! I miss my Cass time! She's the perfect trainer for me. She knows about my binge problems. She knows I have to laugh to train but she still kicks my butt. I'm so excited to get back with her again that I want to workout every night. 2013-03-07 01:46 pm (UTC).

I do pretty good during the day.it's the night that is hard because I have to unwind myself enough to go to sleep and that's when those suffocating thoughts try to dart into my mind.
