Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Training and Random Ramblings. So much has happened since my last post. I have been through 3 days of training, and I start my tier 4 training on Thursday. I have tomorrow (Wednesday) and Friday off! Whoo hoo time to play in the parks! Kids love it and its exciting to watch their faces light up when they see a pin on my lanyard that they love or is a part of their collection. Tuesday, June 12, 2012. I am LOVING summertimeee! My 21st birthday was last Tuesday! Thank you to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday and a big big thanks to my family. My mom and stepdad got me a new "21" Pandora charm for my bracelet and a beautiful antique diamond ring. Hank also gave me a Michael Kors watch that I am obsessed with. I love my little brothers note he wrote in my card he gave me. He is a nut. It was a happy day! The following day after my birthday, my baby cousin Jake turned ONE!

This is super super easy and it's Matt's absolute favor thing I make). 1 can stewed tomatoes. 1 pack of Taco Seasoning. 1/4 of an onion diced. 2 tbs of cilantro chopped finely. Pinch of red pepper. Just throw it all in a crock pot for 4-5 hours and wah-lah amazing Cilantro Chicken. Can be served over rice, or plain with black beans and corn.just whatever you're craving! This is super simple and easy, and everyone loves it. It is what you make it.
