The Small Art Teacher Blog. Monday, May 4, 2015. For this project students were introduced to Pop Art and artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. We also talked about Pop Culture and what things are uber popular in our world today. Students were then to sketch out their popular culture image and then trace it onto their styrofoam piece. When it was time to print I instructed students on how to use the printing ink and our printing press. The results were great! Here is the link to the lesson.
