Ms. Chapman's Trip to India - Summer 2010

I am a seventh grade history and English teacher at Westbrook Intermediate. In the summer of 2010, I will be traveling through India for five weeks with the Fulbright-Hays program and the United States - India Educational Foundation. Throughout the trip, I will be visiting New Delhi, Shimla, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Varanasi, Agra and Jaipur. Since I teach many Indian students, I'm really eager to learn about what the classroom is like for Indian schoolchildren!
