Monday, March 24, 2014. Getting back on track with a twist. After a three year break it is time to get back on track. Especially my eating habits have to change to the better. I will take it easy on my workout routine. I found out end of January that I am pregnant. And since I wasn't working out before my pregnancy I think it is a good idea to take things slow.
