One Pound at a Time. Wednesday, November 28, 2007. Trouble in Spreadsheet Land! Once again, I'm having a little trouble posting the spreadsheet for the Christmas Challenge. I've tried 2 days in a row with no luck. Sorry for the inconvenience ladies but I assure you that you're all doing wonderful and we are all rocking the challenge! Staying accountable is really the hardest part, especially during the Holidays. How easy is it to sneak in those extra chocolates without anyone noticing? 1 Way more energy.

One Pound at a Time. Thursday, February 28, 2008. Those 4 little words. Make it all worth it. Basically I've been struggling. I haven't fallen off my plan even for one little second but I'm still struggling. I am getting a little tired of eating SO much veggies and protein. I know it's super good for me and I can absolutely tell that I am losing weight but it still gets a little monotonous. Until today.2 huge successes that make the past 4 days seem like a vacation. I'm back to my pre-Christmas weight!

One Pound at a Time. Thursday, March 27, 2008. Maybe it's just me. Does anyone else feel their biggest immediately after a workout? For some reason lately, especially after intense cardio. Workouts, I feel my biggest. I feel all jiggly and certainly not fit. It usually wears off about and hour after my workout and then I feel fit and happy that I just kicked some butt.but aren't most people supposed to feel super fit after a rocking workout? I don't get it. Hmmm. Off topic but the weirdest thing happened...
