Thank you parents for reading our blog! Friday, April 29, 2011. April 25th, 2011. The students have done great this week with the CRCT! It is all almost over. We have science and social studies this coming week. Feel free to send in gum with your students to chew during the test. WebMD published an article stating that chewing gum slightly increases test scores (Hendrick 2009), so it sure is worth trying! The students reflected on the CRCT and came up with some words of wisdom for future test takers:.

I had an interesting moment at a work conference last week in which a customer sat on our stand and breastfed her toddler. She didn't cover her son's face and breastfed happily for about 20 minutes. I couldn't believe the debate this started with my colleagues and I! We are a group of mixed ages and funnily enough, it was the younger members of the team that thought she should have covered up or breastfed in a parents room, privately. The gorgeous Nicole Trunfio and her son Zion on the cover of Elle.
