The association management voted to allow pool members to trade left over guest passes from this season in for an equivalent number of guest passes during next year’s pool season. You will need to hold on to your guest passes and will be able to trade them in by (1) bringing them to the spring 2016 pool drive or (2) swapping them with the property manager after May 3rd, 2016. Any questions may be directed to the property manager.

Masterson Station Neighborhood Association, Inc. Policies & Forms. The Masterson pool will open Saturday, May 28th at 10am. There will be a cookout for pool members from 11:30am-1pm on opening day. You must have your pool membership badges to gain entry into the pool area. The hours below are subject to change based on Fayette County schools, inclement weather and/or swim meets:. Monday-Friday 10am-9pm Saturday 10am-9pm Sunday 12pm-9pm. Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm Saturday 10am-8pm Sunday 12pm-8pm.

Masterson Station Neighborhood Association, Inc. Policies & Forms. The neighborhood clubhouse is located at the corner of Masterson Station Drive and Jacquelyn Lane. Masterson Station Neighborhood Association took ownership in late 2006. 2007 was the first year that the Association managed both the clubhouse rentals and the pool membership. The clubhouse is available for rental by any association member or neighborhood resident in good standing. You can download the rental application.
