I'm getting a little "tan" where the radiation hits me, but that's it so far. My helpful little sister Virginia suggested I might want to stock up on bronzer to bring the rest of my body along. Friday, February 16, 2007. Hi faithful fans, just a quick update to let you know I'm still plugging along. I've finished 18 radiation treatments and have 5 more to do that include the "full field" — basically the upper left quadrant of my torso. Then they'll do a ratiation boost 9 times to the tumor bed. Neighbors told us he was last seen fighting with his arch nemesis, Miss Kitty at about 2pm, just before an incredible storm blew in. All week we spent every available moment posting "lost" signs, searching, and fretting. Was he lost in a storm? Was he run over? Was he taken by a fox? And scariest of all: Did the evil Miss Kitty finally get the better of him? Then, on day five, a possible sighting!
