He decided that he wanted to have mostly black and white pictures because "she loves black and white", but that there should be at least one "green one.".

There is a huge music scene in the Twin Cities, and I am fortunate that I had the opportunity to photograph the band Not From Here. Consisting of guitar, cello (electric cello! And drums. I love anything with cello in it, and always had this dream of playing the cello (in a band) myself.
