Amory, Lauren, and Molly’s Rat Training: Pattern Recogniton. Learning about Learning with a Rat for a Lab Partner. Posted by msull on September 26, 2007 at 7:15 pm. Previous Entry: Results of an ErRATic Sort (get it? Neither does Sophie.). Next Entry: Vroom Vroom. I did my diagram with Paint–the only thing you have to do is save the file as a JPG instead of a BMP (wordpress does not accept BMPs). I think it’s going to be super-cute to see Sophie get in the truck! Posted on September 28, 2007 at 9:23 pm.

Amory, Lauren, and Molly’s Rat Training: Pattern Recogniton. Learning about Learning with a Rat for a Lab Partner. More on the experiment! We have a long hard road ahead of us. training our rats to learn a pattern is going to be difficult. tonight we met to go over some specifics. looking at the box we’re going to run the experiment in helped give us some important perspective. this is what we came up with. For this experiment on rats and pattern recognition, there will be three letters. The decision was...

Amory, Lauren, and Molly’s Rat Training: Pattern Recogniton. Learning about Learning with a Rat for a Lab Partner. October 4, 2007. Here is Sophie’s successful trick. I shaped her to go to the ‘driver’s side’ of the truck, then to touch it, to touch only the middle on the seat with both front paws, then to climb up, and finally to touch the handles with both front paws. She does it over and over which means I feel confident in concluding that Sophie has learned! October 2, 2007. 2) It is tall enough that...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. September 13, 2007. September 10, 2007. Stella and I started clicker training today! I am not sure if I am doing this the way I am should! It was rather difficult today and I really do not feel like I accomplished anything! Every time I did the clicker Stella went to the bathroom in the aquarium I was using. I also stuck my hand in the cage to drop a treat and she would jump on my arm every time to get out! I am going to think about a different approach for tomorrow!

It shows more of her movement as she responds to the click (i.e., you can see where she is coming from). I believe that this video shows the extent of her clicker training. Hopefully we can move on to the trick soon! Due to limited blog space, I have added an external link to view my video. Enjoy! That’s All I Hear” video. Leila, P.I.

Wednesday, January 20, 2010. I came to the conclusion that what most people were talking about was literally nothing. 90 percent of the convos where so boring i couldn't take it. But any way where are you going, where have you been. Was kinda weird, but it reminded me of a story that my sister had told me once about a guy that came to her house once and she could not get to leave for like a half hour. I guess everything is a retelling of something. Friday, January 15, 2010. Wednesday, January 13, 2010.
