Ayer realizamos una grandísima ruta en gran compañía (Ángel "El Chatanga", Rober, Rodri, Javi y yo). MI DIA A DIA EN EL MUNDO DE LA BICICLETA. Jueves, 13 de agosto de 2015. PRIMER ENTRENO PARA LA TALAJARA SUPERMARATÓN DE 121 KMS (87 kms). Esta ruta, como muchas otras la voy a realizar el solitario para ir a mi ritmo y poderme exigir según vea la forma que tengo. Después de no comenzar el día, por lo menos me llevo un alegrón ya que el día se había "levantado" como bochornoso, todo el cielo cubierto pero con una temperatura "a mi ojo" de 25-26ºC como mucho y la verdad que se podía pedalear muy bien.

MI DIA A DIA EN EL MUNDO DE LA BICICLETA. Sábado, 26 de julio de 2014. PROBANDO LA NUEVA CAMARA PARA LA BICI (60 kms). Esta mañana he realizado una ruta muy chula conociendo nuevos senderos y caminos cerca de la Urbanización El Bosque ya que hay mucha zona nueva que explorar por allí, jejeje. En la Ruta 24 del Curso del Río Guadarrama. Habiendo desayunado ya en unos 15 minutos, nos "arreglamos" y salimos pedaleando de Fuenlabrada y la salida por El Naranjo, me paro para realizar el primer vídeo del día.

MI DIA A DIA EN EL MUNDO DE LA BICICLETA. Miércoles, 17 de junio de 2015. VUELTA A LA COMUNIDAD DE MADRID (149 kms). Este martes tocó RETO-RUTÓN que tenía planificado hace unos días y ya había hecho el track a mano en wikiloc para guiarme y menos un tramo "pequeño" que modifiqué el resto ha sido tal y como había planeado. Sabiendo que el tiempo empezaba a cambiar para bien decidí realizar la ruta el martes ya que sino sería muchísimo calor y posiblemente imposible realizar tantos kms con tanto calor.

Ayer, por fin, después de casi 2 meses practicamente hemos realizado esta gran ruta y en grandísima compañía ya que finalmente estuvimos pedaleando 23 bikers.
