I had a hard time finding them and it looked like a skunk, until I came upon a huge floating cattail bog over fairly deep water. flipping a heavy jig and pig in the pockets got my some good fish, the biggest looked all of 4 pounds. I got it close to the boat, grabbed the inside of it's mouth, put the rod down and hoisted this river monster into the boat. I am awed by this catfish! I measured it at 44".
